Verdict
Is Candy Shorts worth it?
As a format, Candy Shorts does what it sets out to do: short, serialised stories for adults with a clear premise and a cliffhanger every two minutes. Two free episodes per series are enough to decide whether a title is for you, and the 12-token series are cheap to finish. The catalogue is uneven, though, and the five-episode arcs often end before the story has fully landed. Worth trying on the free episodes, worth paying for selectively.
